SELENITE
Selenite is the name given to transparent gypsum crystals. It is a white hydrated calcium sulfate, although sometimes it can be seen in golden, white and gray colors, depending on the mineral composition. It is considered as a variety of gypsum, whose name in Greek is "Selene", which in its translation means moon.
